Summary: We collect only what you send us and what we need to run the service. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising. This site doesn't use cookies or analytics. Stripe handles payments and FormSubmit delivers our web forms to our email.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Form submissions: what you type into our audit or contact form, such as your name, business name, email, city, phone (optional), website or Google Maps link, the plan you're interested in, your message, and your consent checkbox.
- Emails you send us and our replies.
- Billing details: when you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment information. We receive details like your name, email, plan, and payment status, but not your full card number.
- Google Business Profile information: when you add us as a manager, we can see and act on your profile, including your reviews, reviewers' public names and review text, and your business details. We use this only to provide the service.
- Public information on your Google profile, used to prepare a free audit you requested.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Stripe's checkout pages and FormSubmit run on their own sites under their own policies.
4. How we use it
- To prepare and send the audit you requested, and to answer your questions.
- To provide the service: writing and posting review replies, profile upkeep, and sending replies for your approval.
- To bill you and handle your account.
- To send you emails about your request or account. If you agree, we may also send occasional emails about our service. Every promotional email includes our postal address and a way to opt out, and you can unsubscribe anytime by replying "unsubscribe".
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, for that purpose:
- Stripe, for payments and billing.
- FormSubmit, which delivers website form submissions to our inbox.
- Google, which provides our email (Gmail) and hosts your Business Profile, where replies we post are public.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized, under the same protections.
6. How long we keep it
We keep lead and audit information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as you're a client and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we'll do so unless we have to keep it by law.
7. Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
- Unsubscribe from promotional email anytime using the opt-out in the email or by replying "unsubscribe".
- Remove our manager access to your Google Business Profile anytime in Google's settings.
We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to what the service needs. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. Children
Our service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we'll email current clients before they take effect.
